Igzumble was created because small business owners in public markets deserve access to clear, practical administrative knowledge.
Most administrative training programs are designed for formal businesses with accountants, software, and stable monthly income. The people who sell vegetables, crafts, prepared food, and household goods in public markets have entirely different needs.
They manage cash directly. They restock daily. Their income varies with seasons, weather, and local events. And most of them have never had access to training that speaks their language.
Igzumble exists to address that gap. We provide training that is built around the actual conditions of small commerce in Veracruz, not around textbook models of business management.
We are not a financial institution. We do not offer loans, credit, savings accounts, investment advice, or any kind of financial product. This distinction matters.
Our work is purely educational. We teach skills. That is all. Participants leave with knowledge they can apply, not with a debt or a financial commitment.
Every concept is explained in plain language. No unnecessary jargon. No assumption that participants know accounting terms. If something can be explained simply, it should be.
People who run their own business every day already have knowledge and discipline. Our training builds on what they know, not on the assumption that they know nothing.
Theory is introduced only when it directly supports a practical skill. Sessions focus on doing: filling in a record, calculating a cost, identifying a gap between revenue and expense.
We focus on helping micro-businesses understand their own numbers. When a vendor knows their actual margins, they make better decisions. That is the foundation of business stability.
Public markets in Veracruz serve tens of thousands of people daily. The vendors who operate there create livelihoods not just for themselves, but for the families and suppliers connected to them.
Yet administrative training for these vendors has historically been scarce. Formal business education programs rarely address the specific challenges of cash-based, high-volume, daily commerce.
Igzumble is located in Xalapa because that is where this need is immediate and concrete. Our training is designed for the vendors, stall operators, and small shop owners who are the backbone of the local economy.
Igzumble is an educational training center. We do not offer financial services, loans, credit, or investment products of any kind.
